If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom-cut cables or modified products are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive your return label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
